The EZCare team will verify your intake information. If the info is correct, you will receive a confirmation SMS with the date and time of your appointment.
An appointment will take place through the EZCare online video conferencing platform.
You will get the link to the conference 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment through email and SMS.
If your doctor prescribes you medication, you will be able to check your medication status and the time to pick it up from a pharmacy on your Personal Portal. We will also notify you via email and SMS.
